PRESCHOOL OPEN GYM
6 MONTHS TO 5 YEARS OF AGE
Are you looking for a place for your preschooler to explore and burn off some energy? This is an open gym for our youngest athletes. Parent are required to accompany their children onto the gymnastics floor. A certified coach will be on site to support parent led exploration. Parents are free, and no limit on the number of children they can bring, as long as they can safely supervise everyone.
$13 +HST
*Annual Gymnastics Registration fee of 41$+HST will be due upon registration*
SKILL CLINICS
Learn the fundamentals of individual skills
The skills that will be focused on include, rolls, cartwheels, bridges, aerials, walkovers, saltos, handstands, and handsprings

ADULT FEMALE FITNESS
Join us when you can!
Adult Female Fitness is designed to use the gymnastics apparatus to develop strength & flexibility while increasing overall fitness. This class is a weekly sign up, you do not need to commit to every week.
